It’s back to school for the SF Dames with a Member Meetup at City College of San Francisco. We’ll have lunch at 11:45 am at The Chef’s Table in the Pierre Coste Room, a classroom laboratory run by students and staff of the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies department. The Pierre Coste Room will offer a $25 three-course lunch for our party, which will include house-baked breads, coffee, and tea.
This unique Member Meetup will be a fun way to share an intimate lunch with other Dames while supporting a Culinary education institution. The Culinary Arts and Hospitality Program was founded in 1936 and was the first two-year hospitality program in the country.
After lunch, we’ll meet in the Alice Statler Library, where the librarian will give us a tour and talk about the collection. We’ll end our day by meeting with students and taking part in a ‘human library’. Prepare to get inspired by – and to inspire – the next generation of Dames!
