  Join our holiday-themed December Member Meetup to engage with fellow Dames in a casual, fun environment in downtown San Francisco. The Vault Garden, on the Outdoor Plaza of 555 California Street, is transformed every December into a Winter Wonderland, with a special holiday-driven cocktail menu and a superb view of the famous 555 California Christmas Tree. This tree is the largest live Christmas Tree in all of the city. 

  
  

  Part of the Hi Neighbor Hospitality Group, The Vault Garden is an oasis in the heart of downtown, steps from the California cable car line and one of the best outdoor dining experiences in the city — and it’s covered and heated. With our host, Hi Neighbor director Dame Lee Ann Frahm, we’ll enjoy food and drink from The Vault’s inviting menus (non-alcoholic drinks available).  

  Please register to reserve your place at this festive holiday meetup by Monday, December 2. Plan to cover your own food and drink costs via cash, check, Venmo or Zelle to the Meetup ambassador Lee Ann Frahm. There is lots of room at this event; guests interested in our chapter or future membership welcome.   This educational salt tasting is a unique way to learn and discover the variety of salt types, flavors and differences for your cooking pleasures. 3-4 flights of salt will be presented (ex: unrefined, smoked, infused varieties) from salt companies from around the world. Salts will be tasted naked and with foods like cucumbers, potatoes, bread & butter, and even fruit. We’ll discuss favorites, uses, and where to find these options. You will leave with a salt 101 guide, a list of all salts tasted, and can choose a favorite sample scoop to take home. Wine and N/A drinks will be provided as part of the fun and fellowship.
