Here’s a unique opportunity to work with a mole master! Dominica Rice of Cosecha has over 30 years of experience cooking in Mexico City and at Chez Panisse. Join her as she teaches you how to make traditional mole, as well as how to enjoy some of Mexico’s finest mezcals. Afterward, we will all sit down to enjoy a traditional Mexican supper comprised of moles made in class, such as mole Colorado de Oaxaca. Cosecha prepares everything from scratch every day, including handmade tortillas, pastries and complex traditional entrees, as well as seasonal salads and soups.
