The Karola Saekel Craib Excellence in Food Journalism Fellowship Celebration

2023 Fellowship recipient Teresa Cotsirilos of the Food and Environment Reporting Network in conversation with Margo True, editorial director of Civil Eats, with an introduction by 2016 Fellow Lisa Morehouse of California Foodways

Toast our Fellows and savor a spring luncheon buffet with Wente Vineyards award-winning wines as our chapter honors 14 years of supporting Bay Area women journalists. Hear from 5th Generation Winegrower & Director of Vineyard Operations Niki Wente about the wines and sustainability in the vineyards.

Enjoy and participate in the lively discussion as previous Fellows, who report on food, wine and spirits, restaurants, foodways, agriculture policy, food culture, environment and social justice, engage with Chapter members who have been leaders in these areas.

This event is open to Dames, their guests, and the public.

Tickets are $100. Please register by May 10. (Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable)

The first 25 to register will receive a copy of Gather: Casual Cooking from Wine Country Gardens by Dame Janet Fletcher.

Interested in further supporting our Fellowship efforts? Consider purchasing a "Gift a Ticket" for our Fellows to attend or donate to the Fellowship directly here

Thank you to Grande Dame Carolyn Wente for her generous support of this program.
