Join us for a tour, demo and lunch with with Dame Cindy Daniel, Founder and co-owner of Healdsburg SHED, a local food-focused outfit hosting a market, cafe and fermentation bar. Following the tour, we will have a chance to taste the unique, herbal shrubs by Fermentation Bar Crafter, Gillian Helquist. Afterwards, we will enjoy a delicious lunch hosted by SHED's restaurant, winner of a 2014 James Beard Award for restaurant design.
