Olio nuovos, bottled immediately after milling, are known for their fresh and vibrant flavors and have limited availability each year. We will taste 8 oils from Europe and California, and conclude with a food pairing (small bites/not dinner). About Nancy Ash - Nancy has been an olive oil taster for almost 20 years and is an internationally-trained Taste Panel Leader. She is one of the leaders for the California Olive Oil Council Taste Panel, serves on the taste panel for Modern Olives, and performs sensory assessments for AGBiolab. Also, Nancy loves to cook meals for friends and family using copious amounts of extra virgin olive oil.
